Classes Offered
Kiddie Combo Classes: These classes are for preschool dancers, giving them a well rounded introduction to tap, jazz, ballet, exercise and creative movement. In a loving and supportive environment, your child will enjoy learning while interacting with other young dancers. Students develop coordination, confidence, rhythm skills and balance through the use of props, age appropriate music and their own imaginations. These 45 minute classes are offered on Saturday mornings and weekday afternoons. Students perform a Tap dance and sing a song designed especially for this age group in one of our shows in June.
Ballet: Both a discipline and an art form, Ballet stands in a class of its own. Ballet requires strength and patience because of its difficult technical elements. Dedication to the study over an extended period of time will increase fluidity, grace, strength and flexibility. This class is required for all students who want to be part of a competition team. Ballet Classes are non-performing.
Tap: In Tap the emphasis is on footwork and expression of rhythm through sound. Students practice control, coordination, and agility, while getting caught up in the pure pleasure of making music with their feet. They will learn how to count music correctly and focus on the recall of intricate steps. These classes are offered from age 5 years old
Jazz: Energetic and expressive, Jazz focuses on rhythmic movements and various body isolation's. Jazz focuses on increasing flexibility and muscle tone while building musicality and proper technique. Choreography is set to upbeat music which you see in musicals, films and videos of today. These classes are offered from age 6 years old.

Interpretations of various pieces of music bring emotion and choreography together to form an expressive story using your body. Technique is highly emphasized.
